Dashboards

The Reports app integrates a PowerBI dashboard within Lanza. This dashboard tracks the performance of your key performance indicators (KPIs), enables root-cause analysis, and drives continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators

Lanza’s dashboard contains three default KPI’s, representing the most important aspects of your supply chain:

  • Stock availability
An indicator of the percentage of times you have sufficient stock to fulfill your (internal) customers’ part requests.
  • Stock value
An indicator of the money invested in your inventory.
  • Operational costs
An indicator of the operational workload of your planners, purchasers, warehouse personnel, and financial controllers. Often related to the number of supply lines.

Next to the default KPIs, Lanza offers the possibility to add a wide range of other KPIs to your dashboard, such as supplier reliability, lateness and logistics delay time. Other custom KPIs can also be added to track the performance important to your organization.

Bad actor-analysis

Lanza’s dashboard makes your KPIs actionable by adding bad actor-analysis. In the detailed tabs, focusing on single KPIs, a bad actor-list is provided.

These bad actor-lists can be configured to correspond with the KPI and your wishes. In the case of stock availability, it is interesting to look at all mishits of last month (for what part could we not fulfill demand).

By clicking on the part in the bad actor-list, you are immediately redirected to the ‘bad actor’ part in Lanza. From there, you can investigate further and take the required actions.
